We do not require a damage deposit; however, a valid credit card must be kept on file for all rentals. We also offer an optional Rental Protection Plan (RPP) that reduces your financial responsibility for accidental damage that occurs during normal, responsible use in permitted areas. The RPP is not insurance, and it does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, intoxication, or violations of rental policies. Once your rental begins, the RPP fee is non-refundable. If you choose not to add the RPP, you will be fully responsible for the cost of any damage to the machine.

To secure a reservation for any of our rentals — including ATVs, trailers, and more — a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. The remaining balance is due when you begin your rental.

We require a deposit to hold your rental. 7 or more days before your rental: Refund of your deposit minus $25 per rental item. 2–6 days before your rental: Deposit is non-refundable. Day before or day of your rental: You will be charged the full rental amount. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel, especially for snow sled rentals in Bozeman, MT.

Our standard rental day runs from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We also offer early pick-up (the afternoon before) and late drop-off (the following morning) for added convenience. Additional fees for early or late pick-up will be applied based on the item being rented — please contact us to check availability and arrange these options.

We provide helmets and goggles for every rider, but we recommend dressing warmly and in layers for a comfortable experience. Winter clothing such as snow boots, warm socks, waterproof gloves, snow pants, a winter coat, and a winter hat is highly encouraged. You’re welcome to pack a small bag with essentials like water, snacks, sunglasses, and hand or toe warmers to keep you comfortable on your adventure. Neck Gaiters and hand/toe warmers sold in our shop. If you need additional gear, we offer individual items as well as snow clothing kits for rent in our shop. *Please note: You must have your own trailer or schedule a trailer rental/delivery in advance for all snowmobile rentals.

Our ATV rentals in Bozeman, MT come equipped with helmets, goggles, and a safety duffle bag. Before your ride, we provide a thorough briefing on each machine, covering key details and operational instructions. This includes guidance on tasks such as patching a flat tire and refueling. Feel free to bring a backpack with water, snacks, sunscreen and sunglasses to help keep you comfortable throughout your adventure. *Please note: You must have your own trailer or schedule a trailer rental/delivery in advance for all ATV and UTV rentals.

Yes, we do have age restrictions. Children as young as 6 can ride with a parent or guardian. Those 16 and older with a valid driver's license can drive under parent or guardian supervision. Individuals 18 and older can rent and operate the machines independently.
